what can you do with it after you get it?

Whether you are learning to fly for leisure, business, or for a career, everyone will agree the training is invaluable in all aspects of life.  Flight training is mentally challenging and extremely exciting and unimaginably rewarding.  It gives you a freedom to experience new places, spend less time away from home and the family, and take more vacations!

Private Pilot Certificate:  You can fly yourself & your friends around, almost anywhere in the world. You can not get paid to fly.  The weather must be pretty good as you will be navigating by looking out the window and at a chart.  If you want to eliminate the restrictions, simply fly the unqualified airplane with an instructor and you get a one time sign off in your log book that allows you to eliminate the restrictions forever.

Instrument Rating:  This will allow you to fly when the weather is less than perfect.  You learn to fly the airplane by only referencing the instrument panel.

Commercial Pilot Certificate:  This certificate allows you to (finally) get paid to fly.  With this certificate, you can fly skydivers, crop dusters, pipe line patrol, aerial traffic advisories, corporate, freight, or any other paid pilot job.

Flight Instructor:  This allows you to teach others how to fly.  As a low time commercial pilot it is hard to get a job.  The next logical step after the commercial is the Flight Instructor because it allows low time pilots to get paid while teaching and put time in their log book so they can eventually be marketable for other job opportunities.
